敘利亞飽受戰火蹂躪的第二大城阿勒坡又傳化學武器攻擊事件。當地民間救援組織指控，敘國政府軍6日從直升機上投擲多桶含有氯氣的桶裝炸彈，襲擊阿勒坡東部由反叛軍控制的蘇卡里（Sukkai）區，造成至少80人受傷。
聯合國上月公布一份調查指出，在敘國發現使用化武的證據，敘國政府軍曾兩次投擲氯氣炸彈，極端恐怖組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）也曾施放芥子毒氣。不過，敘國當局始終否認曾在衝突中使用化武。
在反叛軍控制區從事救援工作的志工組織「敘利亞民間防衛」（Syria Civil Defense），在「臉書」上發布影片顯示，蘇卡里區一處社區遭氯氣炸彈攻擊後，多名孩童和成人在醫院內戴上氧面罩協助呼吸。
曾兩次投擲氯氣炸彈
該組織救援人員阿爾哈吉向「英國廣播公司」（BBC）表示，在一架直升機投下4枚氯氣炸彈後，他很快就趕抵現場。他說，當地遭毒氣攻擊後，許多人都因呼吸困難、身體不適被緊急送醫。
敘國當局否認用化武
該組織上月也曾譴責敘國政府應對另一起氯氣炸彈攻擊負責，這起襲擊至少造成16人死亡。不過，敘國政府的盟友俄羅斯當時也曾反控叛軍向政府軍控制的阿勒坡地區發射毒氣炮彈。
氯氣是一種常見的工業化學物質，1997年生效的《禁止化學武器公約》明文禁用，典型氯中毒症狀包括眼痛、皮膚發炎、呼吸困難、嘴裡起血泡等。
受害民眾 呼吸困難
聯合國指出，敘國總統巴夏．阿塞德的政府軍在俄軍戰機支援下，7月起對阿勒坡東部反抗軍掌控區發動圍城攻勢，致使當地物價飆漲、糧食短缺，釀成緊急的人道救援危機。
敘利亞內戰延燒5年，無辜人民飽受戰火荼毒。在英國外交大臣強森邀請下，敘國反對派組成的高級談判委員會（HNC）代表，以及支持敘國叛軍的多國外交部長，7日將在倫敦集會，商議敘國政權轉移的新方案。
